Again this year's attendance and participation of Bataenos all over the USA was a great success according to Sam Samson, the President.
The "Kagitingan Cup" was conceived by the Bataan Association to provide venue where all Bataenos could come together to commemorate Bataan Day as a way of paying homage to the living and fallen heroes during the the Bataan darkest hours in history. By the same token the event was envisioned to draw Bataenos to celebrate and to spread the spirit for which Bataan fought and stood for freedom and love of country.
